TMZ reports that Ice Cube and Dr. Dre have also been named as defendants in the Suge Knight wrongful death case.
Suge is on trial right now for running over Terry Carter in a burger parking lot that was near the filming of ‘Straight Outta Compton.‘ Carter’s wife has filed a lawsuit against Cube and Dre, producers of the movie, claiming that they did not hire the proper security in this “gang-infested neighborhood.”
The Carter family is also suing Tam’s Burgers, claiming that violent crimes happen there regularly so they should have security at all times.
